All authorization forms, PDRs, and any shared RCMG-branded documents are being rebranded to reflect our new name, Vivant Health. New outreach communication will share these changes and provide prior notice. Provider Relations and other company employees will also share this information as needed.
No. There is no change in payor or provider IDs.
No, there will be no changes to billing processes or systems. The way you access and interact with these systems today, including payor names, IDs in clearinghouses, and PO box for paper claims submissions, will remain the same. For paper claims submissions, you may begin to address the claims under Vivant Health (same PO box). Paper claims addressed as RCMG will still be processed.
No, there will be no changes to how you access the EZNET portal or the report library. You may notice changes in the logo and name, but the web addresses and functionality will remain the same.
Yes, the name will need to be changed to River City Medical Group DBA Vivant Health. Additionally, all employee and company email addresses will change from @rcmg.com to @vivanthealth.com. Both email addresses will be working for the foreseeable future. Our new website address www.vivanthealth.com replaces www.rcmg.com effective September.
No, the phone numbers and fax numbers will not change. They will remain the same for each of the departments.
Yes, for FQHC locations, the provider names are changing. When checking eligibility, you may see provider names in the format “VIVANT HEALTH-RCMG/[FQHC short name] [LOCATION].” If using Availity, you may see these patients listed under this new name. For other platforms, please verify eligibility through your usual methods without any changes.
Yes, if using Availity to verify eligibility, you will see Vivant Health-RCMG. For health plans that do not use Availity, please verify eligibility through your usual platforms as before.
Yes, all communications you currently receive, including mail, portal messages, and faxes, will now feature the Vivant Health logo and name.
No, you will not need to resubmit current authorizations. Active RCMG authorizations will be honored for their indicated timeframe based on member eligibility. If any changes to the authorization must take place (change of code, change of quantities, change of providers, etc.), then a new authorization request must be submitted.
Yes, along with the name change, the logo has also been updated to reflect the new Vivant Health branding.
